Do I have to be looking to sell my business to apply for this program?
No, what we are looking for is members who have a high level of ambition, this may be to exit
in the next 3 years or simply to Scale up past the Summit for your business. Be that £10m or £50m
Who is conducting the valuation of my business?
We have agreed that one of Transworld's Top Partner and Certified Valuation Expert Ken Gorman to
conduct the valuations so that we can benchmark your business before we start, after 6 maths and
at the end of 12 months.
Will the valuation just be based just on my EBIT Numbers?
No, it will not just be EBIT numbers, although those will play a part. Transworld have a proven method
for valuing companies which include lots of facts like team abilities, revenue projections, supplier agreements etc
What if my Business already has growth plans to add £1m in the next 12 months?
That’s great! We are ONLY looking to add additional NEW value to your business with this Program so we will take this as part of the initial benchmark process.
What’s the format of the 2 days…?
Currently, this is still in development and more details will be released closer to the launch meeting.
Andrew has committed to being with us for Day 1 where he will Mentoring you on your 12-month and quarterly plans. Paul will also be delivering a Training Module on Day 2 as well as plenty of time for Growth Seats.
How many Companies can join the Boardroom?
We want to keep this small and intermit so we can provide more support and accountability, so we are limiting it to just 8 Companies, with 2 places for multiple Directors. (FYI - we have already had 3 places taken in the first 3hrs after the original launch presentation on Friday.)
